Located in Alexandra Headland right in the heart of the Sunshine coast our brewery and open plan tasting room is open to the public:
Fri - 3-9pm - That Pizza Guy
Sat - 1-8pm - TAKOSAN
Sun - 1-5pm - TAKOSAN
Our philosophy is to keep things simple and enjoy our relaxed coastal lifestyle. Our beers are crafted from water, malt, hops and yeast and the time and care we've taken to brew it....
We pride ourselves on the fact that we are independent and family owned, where all of our beer is brewed on site. Just as the best surfboards are hand shaped by locals who know their local breaks, our beers are hand shaped for our local climate and lifestyle. By locals, for locals no compromise.

About The Brewer
After kicking off the corporate shackles after many years in pharmaceuticals & heavy industry as a project engineer and project manager, our founder, director and cereal fermenter combined this knowledge with the love for brewing great handcrafted beer, with ten years as a dedicated all grain brewer the time came to turn a passion (some call obsession) to profession and establish the next wave in great handcrafted beer in Ten Toes Brewery.
We love our custom designed brewhouse which enables us to perform full step mashes and with an energy efficiency that minimises our carbon foot print and water consumption. At a brew length of just over 500L its not huge but its probably the largest HERMS (Heat Exchanged Recirculated Mash System) brewhouse that we know of. Blah blah blah, most importantly it makes great beer and that’s all that matters.
