Located in Alexandra Headland right in the heart of the Sunshine coast our brewery and open plan tasting room is open to the public:


18-20th Tues - Thurs 3-6pm

Fri - 3-9pm - THAT PIZZA GUY

Sat - 12-8pm - Slow Smoked BBQ

Sun - 12am-6pm - Bonappetit (French Cuisine)

Our philosophy is to keep things simple and enjoy our relaxed coastal lifestyle. Our beers are crafted from water, malt, hops and yeast and the time and care we've taken to brew it....

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are independent and family owned, where all of our beer is brewed on site. Just as the best surfboards are hand shaped by locals who know their local breaks, our beers are hand shaped for our local climate and lifestyle. By locals, for locals no compromise.

About The Brewer

Rupert Hall, 10 Toes Brewery Owner, Operator & Chief BrewerAfter kicking off the corporate shackles after many years in pharmaceuticals & heavy industry as a project engineer and project manager, our founder, director and cereal fermenter combined this knowledge with the love for brewing great handcrafted beer, with ten years as a dedicated all grain brewer the time came to turn a passion (some call obsession) to profession and establish the next wave in great handcrafted beer in Ten Toes Brewery.

The Brewhouse

We love our custom designed brewhouse which enables us to perform full step mashes and with an energy efficiency that minimises our carbon foot print and water consumption. At a brew length of just over 500L its not huge but its probably the largest HERMS (Heat Exchanged Recirculated Mash System) brewhouse that we know of. Blah blah blah, most importantly it makes great beer and that’s all that matters.

Collaboration Brew #1 - Flux Restaurant & Lounge Noosa

Since starting 10 Toes just over a year ago, we have enjoyed getting to know the many great genuine craft-beer venues across the Sunshine Coast. We consider their passion and drive to be the front line bringing great independent craft-beer and community together. Over the coming months 10 Toes will show case a series of seasonal one off batch brews that have been collaboratively developed and brewed hands one with some of the great minds behind the Sunshine Coasts Great Craft-beer Bars and Restaurants.

Co-Lab #1 - Flux (Rye Dorado - Red Rye IPA 5.8%)

From day one the Flux Restaurant and Lounge on the foreshores of the Noosa river have been one of our founding supporters bringing 10 Toes Brews to the Sunshine Coast community. Specializing in nothing but some of the most amazing and inspiring menus and a Craft beer range to match. Malcolm and partner Shannyn maintain a vibrant venue with 3 ever changing taps (and a bottle fridge you can only drool over) of only the freshest kegged beer shipped direct from breweries around Australia and generally only the scarcest of seasonal beers beers they produce. So if your looking for a great dining experience and a truly amazing range of craft beers head to Flux on the Noosa River.

Early 2016 10 Toes and FLUX joined forces and presented a 5 course menu paired against five 10 Toes brews and today we launch:

Collaboration brew #1 - RYE DORADO a Red Rye IPA weighing at 5.8% x 64 IBU x 25 EBC

"A bold red hued ale with tropical notes on the nose and front palate from the El Dorado hops, Simcoe contributes a solid pine backbone whilst the rye contributes to the dry finish", as Malcolm describes this bold yet sessionable India Pale Ale. Now Launched and on tap at Flux & 10 Toes. Keep an eye out for a few select venues also pouring this one while it lasts...

Easter Trading Hours

Another Festive season is here and 10 Toes is here to look after you....

Kick Staring Thursday evening 13/4 from 3pm for knock off pre-drinks and those amazing genuine wood fired pizza from 'That Pizza Guy' from 4:30pm till late...

Family time Good Friday and Saturday...

Then we'll see you back on Sunday/Monday Afternoon 1pm - 6pm, bring a picnic or dial in.... We also extend our Wednesday Growler fills both days....
