Since starting 10 Toes just over a year ago, we have enjoyed getting to know the many great genuine craft-beer venues across the Sunshine Coast. We consider their passion and drive to be the front line bringing great independent craft-beer and community together. Over the coming months 10 Toes will show case a series of seasonal one off batch brews that have been collaboratively developed and brewed hands one with some of the great minds behind the Sunshine Coasts Great Craft-beer Bars and Restaurants.

From day one the Flux Restaurant and Lounge on the foreshores of the Noosa river have been one of our founding supporters bringing 10 Toes Brews to the Sunshine Coast community. Early 2016 10 Toes and FLUX joined forces and presented a 5 course menu paired against five 10 Toes brews and today we launch:
Collaboration brew #1 - RYE DORADO a Red Rye IPA weighing at 5.8% x 64 IBU x 25 EBC
"A bold red hued ale with tropical notes on the nose and front palate from the El Dorado hops, Simcoe contributes a solid pine backbone whilst the rye contributes to the dry finish", as Malcolm describes this bold yet sessionable India Pale Ale.
